The manufacturing facility is built in 2 Acres with 4000 S.Ft RCC building for QC integrated with R & D and 28000 S.Ft of PEB structure with clear height of 30 Feet. The manufacturing facility is ready to cater to fresh contract manufacturing demands of various MNCs.

• Plant capacity for Liquid formulations like EC, SC, SL, CS, ZC, OD, FS is 30 KL/day
• Plant capacity for WP/SP formulations 5 to 8 MT/day
• Plant capacity for WDG/SG formulations 2 MT/day
• Plant capacity for CG/ Granules formulations 15 MT/day
• Plant capacity for Herbicide formulations 20 KL/day
• Plant capacity for Glyposate 41% SL formulation is 5 to 10 KL/day
• Plant capacity with In-house QC and integrated R & D for commercialization of product.

The packing capacity of plant with:

• Automatic 6 head/ semi automatic filling line for herbicides with capacity of 5 KL/day
• Automatic 6 head/ semi automatic filling line for insecticides with capacity of 5 KL/day
• Semi automatic powder packing machine capacity with 2 to 4 MT/day for insecticides.
